Creamy Rice pudding

Hello sweeties,
I hope you like this delicious recipe. Bon appetite 


INGREDIENTS

1 cup of rice
500 ml of hot water to cook the rice
600 ml milk
1 of condensed milk box (1/2 for those who does not like very sweet)
1 box of 200 g of cream
cinnamon to taste

Preparation:

Cook rice in water over low heat until become soft,
If the water runs out and the rice is still uncooked adding 100 ml of boiling water to continue cooking
While cooking rice heat the milk separately
When the rice is cooked add the hot milk and stir to check the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pot
Add the condensed milk and cinnamon in the amount of your choice and go stirring until thick
Turn off the heat and add the cream
This rice pudding is very creamy and it can be added shredded coconut if you like.
