1.Mango Shake
1 cup chopped mango tea
1 tablespoon of skimmed milk (powder)
100 ml of skimmed natural yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Ice cube
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat for 1 minute, and drink .
2. Strawberry Shake
10 strawberries
1 tablespoon milk powder
200 ml skimmed yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 raspberry gelatin pot diet / light ( already done)
