  • For relaxation, massage the soles of the feet with gentle pressure. Apply exfoliating cream to soften your feet and then do the massage with a refreshing moisturizer.
  • Try an alternating feet bath, hot and cold. It is a simple, pleasant and extremely effective method, which uses water as a way to promote a genuine exercise of the blood vessels of the feet and legs. This is because the peripheral vessels constrict with the stimulus of cold water and hot water swell.

   Homemade foot cream


Moisturizing cream

Ingredients:
50g of your body moisturizer
1 spoon  of liquid petroleum jelly
4 drops of mint essential oil 
1 teaspoon of  urea

Way of doing:
Mix all ingredients, put in a closed pot, massage your feet with this cream twice a day. Place half after the massage to penetrate better.

Homemade cream for cracked feet

Ingredients:
100 g of petrolatum
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of propolis extract 

Way of doing:
Beat the Vaseline until it is white, add the remaining ingredients and start again, apply it to your feet every night before bedtime, do not forget to put a cotton sock, after using the cream.

Ingredients:

Almond oil, 50 ml
Liquid glycerin, 100 ml
1 cup of pure Vitamin E cream or 15 to 20 capsules
1 cup of Vaseline

Put everything into the pot and mix well until smooth. You can use a mixer or even the blender.
With the feet clean and dry, apply this cream and massage well. Then wrap your foot with plastic wrap for about 30 minutes. Remove the wrap, apply the cream again and put cotton socks. Leave until the next day.
